Illustrative example

What the workflow can look like

  1. New company project
  2. Update knowledge and plan
  3. Content and approval
  4. Publish and review results
01

When marketing needs an owner

Your company has experts, a designer or a communications specialist, yet topics and decisions still bottleneck with the owner. We lead the agreed scope: planning work, collecting missing information and keeping material moving towards publication.

02

What ongoing management includes

We build on an existing strategy and process, or establish them before starting ongoing management. The cadence reflects team capacity and the length of the sales cycle.

  • Editorial priorities and work plan
  • Coordination of materials, contributors and approvals
  • Content preparation and publishing in agreed channels
  • Knowledge updates covering projects, products and decisions
  • Review of delivery, available results and the next work cycle
03

Example monthly scope and acceptance

Before each cycle we agree channels, formats, asset count, deadlines and approvers. This illustrates how a scope is documented. We agree each scope individually. Company inputs are the current offer, sales questions, project material cleared for publication and access to an expert.

Monthly deliverables are an approved editorial plan, agreed assets linked to their sources, a publication register with URLs, company knowledge updates and a report covering planned versus delivered work, blockers, available data and next-month decisions. Acceptance checks scope, factual accuracy, approval and publishing status. We measure and report lead volume. We do not guarantee it in the contract.

A named company owner maintains offer changes; we maintain the agreed calendar and assets. Paid campaigns and ad spend, photo shoots, video, new websites, CRM integrations and sales operations are not automatically included. Each addition requires separate agreement.

The proposal states which licences and tools are included and which the company pays for. SyncBooster, other subscriptions, model usage and additional contractors are separated from marketing management. We agree accounts, usage limits and access after the engagement before starting, and each cost is itemised separately.

04

Your team remains an active participant

We need access to company expertise, recent work and someone who can approve facts. We define what SyncGrowth creates, what the existing team provides and what needs an additional specialist. Photo shoots, video production, media buying and new websites require explicit scope and budget.

05

Tools support the workflow

SyncBooster supports content preparation and publishing. Other AI tools are selected for the task and permitted data. Materials receive a factual review, while company knowledge is kept up to date.

06

Example: managed delivery without a bottleneck

An owner has a small team and strong product knowledge, yet every topic comes back for approval. We agree on a plan, who submits material and who can verify facts. An expert checks content about delivery while the owner decides on major message changes only. This illustrates an operating model without client data.

Each cycle produces agreed assets and publications plus a record of what stalled and why. At the monthly review we choose the next topics using available data and sales questions.

07

Your role in outsourced marketing

We begin with a 30-minute call about the objective and resources. Once scope is agreed, you name fact checkers and a decision maker for major approvals. Handoffs and day-to-day coordination belong to the agreed management scope. We agree on a knowledge-sharing cadence and monthly review; your exact time commitment depends on topics, people and channels. Ongoing delivery does not promise a set number of enquiries.

08

Measurement and fees

We track plan completion, approval time, enquiry quality and audience behaviour where data is available. Sales outcomes also depend on the offer and sales work. The monthly quote specifies channels, assets, meetings and responsibilities. Licences and additional production are listed separately.

FAQ

Questions before getting started

Do you replace the entire marketing department?

Scope depends on your needs and resources. We can lead the process with your team and coordinate additional expertise. The proposal identifies who performs each task.

How is this different from social media management?

Marketing management also covers priorities, coordination, knowledge flow and alignment with sales. Social media management focuses on specified channels.

What does B2B marketing outsourcing include?

The agreed scope can cover planning, coordination, content, publishing and monthly review. Asset count, channels and work by additional specialists are described in the proposal.

How much of the owner's time does ongoing management take?

We need an objective, a person who knows the facts and approval of major decisions. We manage day-to-day coordination within the agreed scope and specify your review cadence before starting.
