Contact and calendar

Consultations are booked through cal.eu, which processes the data required to handle the meeting under its own policy.

The calendar link carries information about which page the visit came from. It is used only to assess which content leads to a conversation. It contains no data about the visitor and uses no cookies.

Visibility audit questionnaire

The questionnaire on the audit page collects your first name, company name, website address, email address, optionally a phone number, and your answers about the company.

We process the data to assess the request, prepare the audit and contact you about it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We send emails about our services and upcoming audit dates only with your separate consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

The verdict is calculated automatically from your answers using fixed rules. You can ask for a human to review it by writing to kontakt@syncgrowth.pl.

We keep requests for 12 months, after which they are deleted automatically. Until you submit the questionnaire, your answers stay only in your browser storage.

The data recipients are Cloudflare, Inc., which provides hosting, the database and Turnstile verification, and Telegram Messenger Inc., whose messenger we use to handle requests. The request database is stored in the European Union. The notification about a new request contains no personal data; we open the request details in Telegram on demand. Telegram operates outside the European Economic Area and transfers data under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures traffic, performance and basic website usage.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Send your request to kontakt@syncgrowth.pl. The supervisory authority in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
