Describe your goal, one example of the problem, the tools used and people involved. General information is enough for the first call. Confidential data and system access are addressed within a defined scope.

What we will establish

We will establish fit and whether the next step should be diagnosis, implementation design or management of an existing process. In-depth analysis has a separate scope and price, agreed before work begins.

A request for proposal is easier to answer when it names your industry, the size of your marketing team, the channels you run today and the date by which the change should be working. On that basis we propose scope and pricing before any work starts.
