SEO and AI search visibility

SEO: we organise your website so your company is easier to find.

We first check whether search engines can discover and index your important pages. Then we improve the agreed pages, organise measurement and hand over a change record. Scope and price are agreed before work starts, without promises of rankings or AI citations.

01

Who this service is for

For companies with an existing website that need to understand whether search engines can see the offer, where visitors come from and what to fix first. We also help when mobile pages are slow, service descriptions miss customer questions or nobody reviews Search Console.

SyncGrowth is run by Daniel Siwek, with around 10 years in IT, including CTO and IT Delivery Manager roles.

02

Discovery and indexing come first

We examine key URLs and obstacles to crawling and indexing. Fixes are implemented within the agreed part of the website. Correct configuration helps search engines understand the site, but does not guarantee inclusion in the index.

  • Semantic HTML and a logical heading hierarchy describing the content
  • HTTP status codes, redirects, links and indexing directives
  • Sitemap, robots.txt and canonical URLs
  • Hreflang and language-version relationships where applicable
  • Structured data appropriate to the page and consistent with visible content
03

Search Console under your control

If you do not have Google Search Console, we set up the property and help verify ownership. Your company retains the owner account. You grant only the permissions needed, without sharing a password, and can remove our access afterwards.

We analyse available indexing and performance reports: queries, pages, impressions, clicks, CTR and average position, including mobile devices. We record a baseline and data gaps. A new Search Console property cannot reconstruct the entire earlier history.

04

Bing Webmaster Tools and IndexNow

We configure Bing Webmaster Tools and IndexNow notifications for new, updated and deleted URLs. This helps Bing discover changes sooner and can speed up indexing, without guaranteeing inclusion in the index.

Bing supplies search results to Copilot and is one of the search providers used by ChatGPT. Freshness in Bing therefore also supports content discovery in these tools, without guaranteeing citations. IndexNow does not submit pages for Google indexing.

05

Performance: lab measurements and real users

Lighthouse helps diagnose issues under controlled conditions. We review real-user Core Web Vitals, LCP, INP and CLS, through CrUX and the Search Console Core Web Vitals report. Where needed, we agree on RUM, measurement on users' visits, with privacy requirements addressed. If field data is unavailable, we record the gap rather than replace it with a lab score.

We select fixes based on the issue, such as images, scripts or layout shifts, and compare measurements after implementation. Real-user data takes time to update. We do not promise a Lighthouse score of 100 or a particular Core Web Vitals rating.

06

Improving existing offer pages

We agree on the pages to improve and align them with the intent of someone searching for the service. We organise titles, meta descriptions, headings and internal links. We clarify who the offer serves, what it includes, its limits and the next step.

We use real company information and available data, without inventing results or clients or padding copy with keywords. Changing a title or description does not guarantee that a search engine will display it unchanged.

07

GEO: reliable information for AI search

GEO prepares public content for discovery and use in answers from tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI search features. Google's AI features rely on indexing and eligibility to show a snippet; no special AI schema is required.

We organise company facts, sources, authorship and answers to audience questions. We review agreed permissions for search crawlers. Search access and permission to train models are separate decisions for the owner. We do not automatically allow every bot or guarantee citations or recommendations.

08

Local SEO where it fits

If your business actually serves customers in person at a location or travels to them and meets Google Business Profile rules, we can include a review of the profile, categories, contact details, hours and website connection. Scope follows an eligibility check.

We do not create profiles for online-only businesses or use fictitious addresses. Google controls verification and profile decisions; we do not guarantee visibility in Maps.

09

Off-site credibility plan

We agree a plan for consistent brand presence: genuine social profiles connected through sameAs in Organization structured data, regular publishing supported by the SyncBooster platform, authentic Google reviews and an eligible Google Business Profile.

We include relevant industry directories with consistent NAP, name, address and phone number, and earned mentions and press coverage based on useful material. This helps identify the same company across channels and build demand. Social profile links are not a promise of a direct ranking boost. Plan execution and publishing operations are agreed separately.

10

Optional monthly SEO care

After implementation, you can add monthly SEO care, priced individually. We monitor GSC errors, indexing and performance regressions after website changes. We report issues and priorities; the scope of fixes and response times are agreed in the contract.

We can also provide SEO oversight during a site migration or domain change: redirect mapping, canonical and sitemap checks, and indexing and traffic monitoring after the switch. Oversight is agreed before migration; rebuilding and moving the website have a separate scope.

11

Optional: a blog ready for your team

We can set up a blog in your existing site, agree on a post template and hand over editorial guidelines: topics based on customer questions, sources, authorship, fact checking, links and updates. We show the responsible person how to publish and revise an article.

This is optional setup and handover. It does not include ongoing article writing, an article subscription or blog management.

12

How we work: five steps

Before starting, we agree the page list, access, approvers and acceptance criteria. We separate implementation checks from later observation of search results.

  • 1. Baseline: company objective, crawling and indexing, Search Console and performance measurements.
  • 2. Priorities: issue list, agreed fixes, scope, price and delivery date.
  • 3. Implementation: technical configuration and improvements to selected existing pages.
  • 4. Validation: checks of URLs, metadata, structured data and mobile behaviour.
  • 5. Handover and measurement: change record, instructions, operational owner and an agreed date to compare available data with the baseline.
13

Deliverables and pricing

You receive a diagnosis with priorities, the list of URLs in scope, implemented agreed fixes, a change record and validation results. We hand over the Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and IndexNow status, permissions, lab and field measurement baseline and maintenance instructions. Selected modules are added to the acceptance list: off-site credibility plan, local SEO, blog setup or a monthly care and migration oversight schedule.

Pricing is individual. It depends on the number and condition of pages, technology, access and selected modules. You receive the scope, price, delivery date, any tool costs and responsibility for later measurement before work begins.

14

What this scope excludes

The service excludes blog management, ongoing article writing, content subscriptions and purchased links. Domain migration, a site rebuild and a new website require a separate scope and quote.

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales enquiries, indexing or AI citations. Search engine and competitor changes are outside our control. Further work or ongoing support requires a separate agreement.

FAQ

Questions before getting started

Do you guarantee the top position in Google?

No. We agree specific improvements and check their implementation. Rankings, indexing, traffic and AI citations also depend on factors outside our control.

How does the free audit differ from the SEO service?

The free visibility audit helps identify areas for further review. The paid service has agreed URLs, technical diagnosis, implemented fixes, validation and operational handover.

Do you write articles and manage the blog?

Not in this service. We can optionally set up a blog and hand over guidelines and instructions to your team. Ongoing writing and blog management are outside the scope.

Will GEO secure citations in ChatGPT or Perplexity?

No. We organise public facts, content and agreed crawler access, but each system decides what to retrieve, cite and recommend. Search access is not automatic permission to train models.

Do you need account passwords?

No. Your company stays the owner of Search Console and other assets. You grant agreed permissions that you can withdraw. Website access and approvers are agreed before starting.

How much does SEO cost?

Pricing is individual and depends on site condition, page count, technology and modules. Scope, price and delivery date are confirmed before work starts. Migrations and rebuilds are quoted separately.

Can I add ongoing SEO care and migration oversight?

Yes, as an optional monthly add-on priced individually. We monitor GSC errors, indexing and regressions after changes. Site migration or domain-change oversight, the scope of fixes and response times are agreed separately before work begins.
