AI agents

We put AI agents to work on specific tasks in your company.

Build and integrate AI agents with company knowledge and tools. Defined permissions, approval points, quality evaluations and cost controls.

Discuss this service ↗

30 minutes to discuss your needs and a next step. Work scope and pricing are agreed before we start.

Reply within 1 business day, scope and price proposal within 2 business days after the call, with the option to end the engagement after accepting the first stage.

Illustrative example

What the workflow can look like

  1. Customer enquiry
  2. Retrieve knowledge and check data
  3. Prepare a proposal
  4. Approve and record the result
01

From a task to an action

An agent can collect information, check data in a tool and prepare a next step. We start with one bounded task, such as preparing a sales enquiry response or drafting content from company knowledge. We define which actions it can perform and which require human approval.

02

What you receive

The project covers agent behaviour and its place in the workflow. Knowledge, tools and accountability are part of the implementation.

  • Task definition and autonomy boundaries
  • Connections to agreed sources and tools
  • Permissions and approval for consequential actions
  • Example set for quality evaluation
  • Execution records, limits and exception handling instructions
03

Pilot before expansion

We compare agent outputs with agreed criteria using real, appropriately prepared examples. We measure task correctness, correction needs, time and cost. Tests also include missing data and failed tool calls.

04

Product engineering experience

Work on the SyncBooster platform includes connecting agents with tools, brand context and publishing workflows. We bring this engineering experience to a new client task with its own scope and evaluation.

05

Example: a draft reply to an enquiry

A service-company enquiry may ask several questions about scope. An agent can retrieve approved information, cite its sources and prepare a draft reply. If timing or terms are missing, it flags the gap. A salesperson checks the draft and decides whether to send it. Pricing, discounts and delivery promises do not come from model guesses. This is an illustrative pilot example.

We first document the current workflow and its revision effort, simplify the handoff, define permitted sources, design approval points, run a pilot and compare it with the baseline. If the task follows fixed rules without interpretation, we use ordinary automation.

06

What the owner needs to do

We start with a 30-minute call about the task. We need a process owner, examples with sensitive details removed and a decision on which systems the agent may access. The business owner approves autonomy limits and the pilot outcome. Assigned staff can handle subsequent discussions; time commitment and delivery dates follow the actual scope.

07

Pricing and ongoing development

Scope depends on the task, tools, data and required oversight. The quote separates the pilot, launch, model usage and support. After launch, recorded failures and results guide improvements; model changes are evaluated before rollout.

FAQ

Questions before getting started

What does an AI agent do in a business?

It performs a bounded task using agreed sources and tools. It can draft or check data while consequential decisions go to a person under defined approval rules.

Can an agent send offers on its own?

Only if that scope has been agreed and tested. We can start with a draft approved by a salesperson.

When is ordinary automation enough?

When steps and rules are fixed. We choose the solution based on predictability, cost and quality.

How long does AI agent implementation take and what does it cost?

Timing and price depend on the task, source quality, integrations and access boundaries. After the call we define pilot scope, evaluation and separate usage and support costs.

Can an agent read confidential data?

Only data needed for the agreed task, within assigned permissions. Before connecting sources we review access, the tool provider and output checks.
