We examine objectives, people, data and the current workflow, including real cases and exceptions. The result is a problem map and a measurement baseline.

We clarify ownership and remove unnecessary steps and handoffs. We check what a workflow change or existing tool configuration can achieve.
We agree on the target workflow, initial scope, data access and acceptance criteria. Options are compared alongside their maintenance costs.
We implement the workflow, configure tools or build the required software. The first version is tested with selected users. Documentation and operational handover form part of the scope.
We assess results against the baseline: time, rework, quality, throughput or plan completion. We establish maintenance ownership and prioritise further improvements. Measure returns to Understand: results guide the next improvement decision.
The introductory call establishes fit. In-depth diagnosis is a separate paid stage with company deliverables. Implementation is priced against scope. Marketing management and system support have defined tasks and terms.
Reply within 1 business day, scope and price proposal within 2 business days after the call, with the option to end the engagement after accepting the first stage.
